Grounded Path Holistic Counseling, owned and operated by Shimila Keenum, provides a sanctuary for those seeking a holistic path to wellness. Services include weekly community ear acupuncture (5NP) clinics, mindfulness workshops, parenting classes, kundalini yoga, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Shimila specializes in a variety of therapeutic areas, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and more, employing techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support her clients’ journey towards healing and self-discovery.
