Bonfire Burgers & Bourbon is an upscale casual restaurant that’s owned and operated by chef Nate Gagnon and his wife, Rachel. Established in 2022, it features burgers and wood fire smoked classics with a fresh spin, and a bar with an extensive selection of whiskey, bourbon, and cocktails. Reservations are encouraged as the indoor dining area is cozy, and outdoor seating consists of two small tables.
Owners Nate and Rachel also own and operate the Carbon Catering food truck.
