- Piedmont Express: Danville to Washington, D.C.
- Tidewater Current: Virginia Beach to Harrisonburg
- Valley Flyer: Blacksburg to Washington, D.C.
The Piedmont Express — with a bus stop at 171 South Main Street, Amherst, VA 24521 — serves the Town of Amherst and offers transportation to the following destinations:
