Virginia-based singer/songwriter Paddy Dougherty returns to Second Stage | Amherst to mark The Paddy D Quartet’s 32nd anniversary. “Ready to Sail” will showcase Paddy’s commanding, heartfelt originals as well as some memorable covers from her award-winning band Mainstreet Rhythm & Blues. It’s about navigating new directions, celebrating possibilities, and embracing the necessary adjustment of sails along the way. It’s always smooth sailing with Paddy’s voice and an extraordinary excursion with her consummate musicians.
